Older 2-Story lap sided cedar home
Problem: Continuous peeling, flaking paint, and rusty nail bleed.
Customer specifications: “Our house will start to peel 2 years after it is painted. We’re not concerned about the alligator look from the previous jobs, just make the job last longer.”
Solution: Light scrape and prep work. Project primed with 1 coat of MDP (6 gallons). MDP back-brushed into the entire project to stabilize peeling areas. We also brushed MDP onto the rusty nail heads.
